The Winter Season Pass gets you access to daily unlimited game play, daily food and beverage discounts, and more through February 28, 2025.

You can purchase your Winter Season Pass online in the D&B Rewards app, in-store at a kiosk or with a team member.

Yes, you will be prompted to enroll in the D&B Rewards program at time of purchase. You will not be required to download the app

Once you have purchased your pass, you will receive a QR code via email confirmation AND in your D&B Rewards app that should be scanned in-store with a Team Member to receive your unlimited gameplay and other discounts. You will also be requested to show proof of identification.   

Silver Passes are not valid to be used starting 5PM on Fridays through 11:59PM local time on Sundays or the following dates: December 26, 2024 - January 1, 2025, January 17 - 20, 2025 and February 15 – 17, 2025. 

 

Gold Passes are not valid from December 26, 2024 - January 1, 2025, January 20, 2025 and February 17, 2025.

 

Platinum Passes can be used all day, every day.

Yes, you can still purchase these passes on dates when they are not redeemable.

Passes can only be purchased and redeemed at participating locations. The list of locations can be found at www.daveandbusters.com/shop/winter-pass/

If you did not receive your pass in your confirmation email or in your D&B Rewards app, please check your spam folder and/or refresh your app. If you are still unable to locate your pass, please call Guest Services at (888) 300-1515 Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time or (800) 842-5369 after hours to leave a message to be returned the next business day.

The weekly $5 food and beverage voucher (Gold & Platinum pass holders only) can be used on any food or non-alcoholic beverage items from our dining menu. Please make sure to present your pass to your server to receive this benefit. This voucher cannot be used with any existing deals such as: All You Can Eat Wings, $5 Late Night Bites, Eat, Drink, and Play Combo or any other promotional food and beverage items.

The daily food and beverage discount of 10%, 20% or 30% (depending on your pass level) can be used on any food or non-alcoholic beverage items from our dining menu. Please make sure to present your pass to your server to receive this benefit. This discount cannot be used with any existing deals such as: All You Can Eat Wings, $5 Late Night Bites, Eat, Drink, and Play Combo or any other promotional food and beverage items.

No, the food and beverage voucher will expire at the end of the week if unused. 

Yes, you can use both the voucher and the discount in the same transaction. The $5 food and beverage voucher will be used upon first purchase and will reset every Monday for the new week.

You can use your 10%, 20% or 30% food and beverage discount once per day. 

All games are included EXCEPT for merchandising games, crane games and Virtual Reality.  

We recommend that you use a new Power Card to redeem your unlimited game play. If you use an existing Power Card that has chips on it, you will not be able to use those chips to play games until your next visit. Best practice, hold on to this card and reload each visit for the best experience! If you lose your card, we can create a new one, but any tickets on that physical card will be unable to be transferred unless it is stored in your D&B Rewards App.

If you reach your ticket limit on the Gold and Platinum Pass, you can continue to play games but will no longer receive tickets for the week.

You can earn tickets with the Gold and Platinum passes in eligible games.  

 

Gold passholders can earn up to 1,000 tickets weekly and Platinum passholders can earn up to 2,000 tickets weekly. Ticket earning cap is reset weekly every Monday.

Yes, any tickets earned during the week will roll over to the following week. Unearned weekly tickets will not roll over to the next week.

Please see a manager in-store if you lose your power card.  We recommend that you load your physical power card into your D&B Rewards app for safe keeping.

No refunds will be issued for the Winter Season Pass.
